My personal opinions only :-

Sometimes, I wake up and have blurred visions looking at my handphone in the morning. Maybe it was too much time spent viewing the screens the day before. After walking around doing other things the eyes became normal again. I think it is just normal and nothing wrong…The eyes are too tired and have not recovered from the prolong viewing the night before. It is not every day but only on occasions. Maybe, it is also because of the age. As you get older, your muscle don’t move that fast.
